SMS/SMP
WSZ provides blended courses within academic year 2020/2021 on Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. Practical activities in nursing laboratories and workshops are carried out in a traditional form with the use of all necessary sanitary procedures to prevent and control of COVID 19. In the academic year 2021/2022, study classes will be conducted at the University of Management in Częstochowa in the form of full-time, with the possibility of conducting mixed/hybrid classes, depending on the pandemic situation.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:

Dear STUDENT,
If you are nominated by your home university in SMS Erasmus+ programme and have chosen to study at Czestochowa University of Management (WSZ), you are required to:
- fill in the STUDENT E-APPLICATION FORM, enclose the scan of the national ID card or/and passport and email it in PDF to our Erasmus+ coordinator: monika@wsz.edu.pl
- after receiving an electronic confirmation of possibility to participate in the mobility, you will have to choose study subjects from ECTS COURSE CATALOGUE. Please note that, chosen courses must be established and confirmed by your home faculty coordinator and our Erasmus+ coordinator before Online Learning Agreement (click here) will be signed.
- when the OLA will be positively agreed and confirmed, you will receive an INVITATION LETTER.
- INSURANCE is obliged for all incoming students. Please be reminded to get accident and health insurance for the whole mobility stay and deliver us a copy of it before your arrival.
If you are nominated by your home university in SMP Erasmus+ programme and want to apply for traineeship mobility in our institution, you are required to:
- fill in the STUDENT E-APPLICATION FORM, enclose the scan of the national ID card or/and passport and email it in PDF to our Erasmus+ coordinator: monika@wsz.edu.pl NOTE: if you are a graduate, please send us a confirmation letter from your institution or a copy of diploma.
- after receiving an electronic confirmation of possibility to participate in the mobility, you will have to establish and confirm by your home faculty coordinator and our Erasmus+ coordinator Learning Agreement for Trainiships (click here).
- when the Learning Agreement will be positively agreed and confirmed, you will receive an INVITATION LETTER.
- INSURANCE for traineeship: please be reminded to send us a copy of health, accident and liability insurance for the whole period of traineeship before your arrival.

STA/STT
WSZ is pleased to welcome the Academic Staff from our Erasmus+ Partner institutions. If you want to visit our university within the Erasmus+ STA/STT programme, you are required to:
- send a request email with a planned period of teaching/training activity and a short proposed mobility programme to our Erasmus+ coordinator: monika@wsz.edu.pl
- after receiving an electronic confirmation of possibility to participate in the mobility, you will be asked to send a filled in MOBILITY AGREEMENT
- when the mobility programme will be confirmed and agreement will be signed, we will send you an INVITATION LETTER.
