Wiele informacji udostępnionych na stronach "Biblioteki Electronicznej" publikowanych jest w postaci plików PDF.
Dlaczego? Jak takie pliki otworzyć?
Format PDF
Format PDF (ang. Portable Document Format) został stworzony przez firmę Adobe® aby ułatwić elektroniczną wymianę informacji przeznaczonych do druku. Opiera się on na standardzie PostScript, jest jednak z nim niekompatybilny m.in. z powodu zastosowania kompresji danych.
Do otworzenia udostępnianych przez "Bibliotekę Electroniczną" plików PDF niezbędny jest program odczytujący takie pliki. Poniżej znajdują się odnośniki do stron, na których udostępniane jest bezpłatne oprogramowanie, za pomocą którego można odczytać i wydrukować zawartość plików PDF.
