a) Mission of Czêstochowa University of Management is aiming to be a leading, non - public higher school in Poland and Europe with high quality standards of education oriented to students' autonomy. The main priorities for the nearest future is internationalization and europeization all undertaken activities connected with university development.
1. Improvement of curricula:
- creating of programs, specialties responding to labour market needs and realization of three - level studies: bachelor's, master's degree, and doctorate
- increasing an offer of studies with new majors, programs, courses, faculties integrated and developed with partner universities
- preparing programs and didactic materials, application and dissemination of curricula by e - learning (studies, post - graduated studies, courses)
- preparing and introducting curricula in foreign languages taking into consideration natural science, exact science, agriculture, technical science, new technologies in medicine, (also macro studies, unique studies, intercultural studies)
2. Continuation and increasing exchange in programs of international cooperation within realization didactic process (exchange of students, academic staff, administrative staff, education in foreign language) with maintenance high quality education through:
- learning foreign languages on every studied subjects, now obligatory is advanced learning program of English also Spanish, Italian, French, German as one of the additional language
- learning Polish for incoming students (also on-line, this form is preparing in project of Socrates Lingua 2 - EUROMOBIL)
- increasing competences of didactic staff to improve quality of teaching
3. Apprenticeship, training and cooperation with companies and employers associations:
- intensification practical elements of teaching (apprenticeship for students) within cooperation with foreign employers, initiation develop programs by increasing employers' commitment
- participation in projects of rise employee's competences in B+R system in management of searching, developing and commercialization results (courses)
b) Planed activities with Erasmus:
- realization of projects according to development and initiation integrated programs of studies, specialty
- increase number of bilateral agreement with foreign universities, outgoing and incoming students, didactic and administration staff
- improving role of apprenticeship abroad on every studied subjects
Kind of advertisement of EUC and EPS:
- inserting information on website and notice board
- organizing information meetings for students, didactic and administrative staff, European Days of Erasmus, international conferences
All activities of university's projects are based on promotion:
- equal rights for men, women and handicapped people
- no discrimination for people exposed on social exclusion

- information about necessity of delivery to home university documents according to credits and ECTS from host university - site curriculum for every academic semester on website, notice board and ECTS register, actualization and monitoring register in Polish and English situated on International Relations Office and website contains studies, specialties, full description of subjects, ECTS, actualization of information situated on Internet Platform with information related to: credits, course books, presentation, description of subjects

- curricula preparation with host university - monitoring, supporting students through International Relations Office making following activities:
- agreement curricula before students arrival
- show around university
- introduce students to teaching staff

- if is necessity organize courses of polish also on-line

- sightseeing the city - assure and confirm exchange staff through:
- carrying out questionnaire among academic staff related to skills of teaching in foreign languages
- preparing documents according to students exchange
- agreement with foreign university according to: subject of lecture, hours of lecture, timing
- information for teaching staff about necessity to get confirmation from host university
- optional language courses - supplement to the diploma for all studies
For activities, which university will use for assure high quality of academic exchange belong:

Normally, apprenticeship is taken after the fourth semester, when students have basic theoretical knowledge of any subjects. Apprenticeship contains 200 hours and is realized during 5 weeks. Students have possibility to choice a place of training and also can use the university's agency. For assure high quality of training, university uses following measures:
- sets a program of training which contains: fields of studies, term of training, function of students' activities, evaluation, credits, aims of training
- delivery students' practice book
- gives signature in agreement with employer which contains number of students, term of training, commitments of employer as assure stand, introduce to safety regulations, confirmation of training, asignment of supervisor, students' insurance during training
- after training the Dean accepts training
Example of high quality of apprenticeship is project "Euro-trainee – obtaining professional experience in innovative enterprises within Leonardo da Vinci", agreement no M04/53/d/B/127. Project have been realized in following stages:
- inform students about possibility to take an apprenticeship abroad
- select students by commission, base of selection was: very good level of language, grades
- send CV to host companies
Preparing students for training by:
- organizing intensive language courses and cultural preparation
- organizing meeting with supervisor
- preparing program of training through coordinator in host country
- giving a signature in trilateral agreement
- performing supervisor
- finding an accommodation
- assuring insurance
Realization apprenticeship contains:
- execution program of training according to agreement
- protection in host companies through assignation supervisor
- monitoring of training, after every week interns have to send copy of training book
- official confirmations of apprenticeship is a document with opinion of student signed by employer and then Dean signs grade to students' credit book
